Parsnip Soup with Walnut Ravioli and Carrot Cream. Johanna based her soup on a dish served at
David Bann's located in Edinburgh. Congratulations Johanna!
I will be hosting the March edition of
No Croutons Required. The theme for this month is chickpeas because chickpeas are probably my favorite legume and I can never get enough recipes ideas for the treasured garbanzo bean. Create a vegetarian soup or salad featuring chickpeas and send me your entry by the 20th of March.
