Mexican inspired soup or salad. As usual, we received some wonderful entries, and I would be delighted to try all of the dishes. We do need to crown a winner though, and congratulations to Janet of

Mexican Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing. I will certainly be trying this soon. Such a beautiful summer salad!
